Maxamuud Sayid Aadan Madaxweyne ku-xigeenka Koowaad ee Dowlad Goboleedka Jubbaland, oo ka hadlayay xaaladda Deegaannada Gobolka Gedo, ayaa dhaliilo xooggan u jeediyay Dowladda Federaalka Soomaaliya.
